General Information
The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data with which you can be personally identified.
Data Collection on This Website
- Who is responsible for data collection? The data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator (Controller). You can find their details in the section below or in our Impressum.
- How do we collect your data? Your data is collected when you communicate it to us (e.g., entering your email into a contact form or signup window). Technical data (e.g., your IP address, internet browser, operating system) is collected automatically by our cloud infrastructure when you access the page.
- What rights do you have? You have the right to receive information about the origin, recipient, and purpose of your stored personal data free of charge at any time. You also have the right to request the correction, restriction, or deletion of this data.
2. Information on the Responsible Party (Controller)
The responsible party for data processing on this website under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:
Gerhardt Lutterodt
Trading as: VII Technologies
Donaustraße 44
12043 Berlin
Deutschland
Email: info@viitechnologies.eu
Phone: +49 15568 904719
The competent supervisory authority responsible for our operations is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
3. Data Collection, Scope, and Legal Basis
We process personal data strictly in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
- Account, Waitlist, and Form Inquiries: If you voluntarily submit your email address, name, or authentication fields to our platform, this data is processed strictly to handle your system inquiries or manage your platform account registration (Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR - performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps).
- Server Log Files: The technical deployment systems automatically collect and store technical information that your browser transmits in server logs. This includes browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing device, and the exact timestamp of the server request. This is structurally necessary to keep our web environment stable and safe. (Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in secure, error-free platform operation).
4. Technical Infrastructure & Third-Party Processors
To deliver our digital platform reliably, we work with specialized cloud sub-processors. We have concluded Data Processing Agreements (DPA / Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag) with these providers in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR to guarantee strict data security:
- Web Deployment and Hosting: Our frontend platform deployment and website components are hosted using Vercel (Vercel Inc., 650 2nd St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Data transfers to the US are governed by standard contractual clauses or equivalent legal frameworks to safeguard processing compliance.
- Database Management and Backend Architecture: Our data structures, account parameters, and user inputs are securely organized using Supabase (Supabase Inc., 970 Summer St, Stamford, CT 06905, USA). We route database queries preferentially via European infrastructure hubs to minimize data movement profiles.
- Domain Operations: Our network routing layer is managed via GoDaddy (GoDaddy Operating Company LLC).
5. Cookies and Analytics
- No Web Analytics Tracking: This website currently does not integrate user-tracking mechanisms, profiling networks, or marketing analytical suites (such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel). Your browsing activities on our pages are not tracked or profiled for marketing purposes.
- Essential Technical Storage: We use strictly essential technical cookies or local storage elements. These tokens are mandatory to verify security parameters, process user login routines, and store technical state values as you browse your dashboard environment. They do not trace your activities across third-party websites. (Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
6. SSL/TLS System Encryption
This platform uses strict end-to-end SSL or TLS transfer encryption protocols. This encryption layer actively prevents malicious external parties from intercepting or reading sensitive data strings, registration parameters, or system inputs sent between your local web browser and our integrated server environments. You can easily verify active encryption protocols by noticing the locked padlock symbol in your browser's URL address bar.
